Last Wednesday, May 25, the pre-event briefing of Akyat Pinatubo was held at ROX, Bonifacio High Street.  It was my first time to join an event with fellow bloggers.  Thanks to my soul sister, Lizzie!  

And because I was the 19^th registrant, I got a box of Starbucks VIA and a one year web hosting package.  Hmm, not bad.  I paid 1800 pesos for the climb, 300 would go directly to our beneficiary- Tahanang Walang Hagdanan, VIA is worth 450 pesos and hosting package is at $2 per month.  There were also 2 raffles drawn in which again, a box of Starbucks VIA was handed to me and a notebook with pen from AXN-Asia.  I must say, these are just bonuses.  The most important thing was the chance I had of meeting other bloggers, of knowing they’re real and not reel. Much love to the organizers! :)

 

Typhoon Chedeng halted our May 28^th climb and it has been moved to June 4.  That doesn’t lessen my excitement though!  I’ll keep you posted, folks!
